All skaters must first sign a Release of
Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement before they are allowed to skate. Children
under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign the waiver
on site or the waiver must be notarized to verify identity. Signed waivers are
valid for 1 year and waivers can be re-signed each year as long as pertinent
information hasn't changed.
Children under the age of 18 are required to
wear helmets, and over 18 it is highly recommended and appreciated.
